provided upon request. We also provide on-site repair services when needed. For
international customers, support is also provided by our trained Sales and Service
Representatives.

Bug-fixed software and also upgrades on software are also available upon request. Check

Training
Training is often included with the purchase of a MultiTrace System. Training can be
on-site or at our San Jose office. Training must be scheduled in advance. Courses are
tailored to individual users needs and cover everything from understanding the hardware of
the MultiTrace to advanced techniques in electrical characterization. Hands-on training is
emphasized so that users will be able to do testing by themselves at the end of the
training. Additional training is also available upon request.
