Automated Curve Tracing
The AutoTrace is a compact bench-top version of the MultiTrace automated curve tracer.
It is designed to be a low-cost general-purpose electrical test system for the
majority of today's semiconductor devices. Just like the MultiTrace, the AutoTrace
is a fully programmable curve tracer with an integrated switch matrix. With a
maximum pin-count of 216 pins, highly flexible Source and Measurement Units (SMU's), and
an easy-to-use menu-driven software, the AutoTrace is the perfect tool for the failure
analysis or reliability lab.
